Tuition & Fee Schedule for 2023/2024

September - August

• Non Refundable Application Fee: $150.00

• Enrollment is for an entire year; tuition is divided into equal monthly payments.

• Fee for additional hours added will be added to the regularly scheduled payments.

• A 5% multi-child discount will be given to families with multiple enrolled students; preschool through 8th grade.

Terms and Conditions

Payment/Tuition: Payment is due on or before the first of each month. There is no reduction of fees due to absences or vacations. Grace Preschool engages its staff, purchases supplies, equipment, and plans its operational budget on the assumption that children are enrolled for the entire nine 1/2 month academic term. Registration fees are non-refundable and non–transferable. Late payment: A late payment fee of $25.00 will be charged on payments received after the 10th of the month. Should tuition not be paid in full (including late fees) by the 15th of the month, your child may be considered dis-enrolled.

Returned Checks: A fee of $25.00 will be charged on all checks returned by the bank.

Withdrawals: A two week written advance notice of withdrawal is required. Payment is still required if you leave before the 2 weeks.

After Hours: For children picked up after 6:00p.m, a late fee of $15.00 per 15 minutes (or any portion thereof) will be billed and is payable upon receipt of notice.

Absences: There are no “make-up days” or “switching days” in order to accommodate absences. (See Parent Hand book for more Information).
